Alpha and Emmaus courses at St Andrew with St Alban in the Parish of Mottingham

These courses explore the deeper questions of life from a Christian point of view. 29 million people have now participated in Alpha courses in 150 countries. We have conducted Alpha and Emmaus courses in both St Andrew's and St Alban's churches.

Alpha and Emmaus courses, held at St Alban's and St Andrew's, use in-person presentations, afternoon tea, open discussion and prayer. 

We look forward to seeing you on one of our faith study and discussion and courses!

​On Study Sundays we will have a short service from 11.30 am  which is especially designed to interest newcomers and occasional visitors as well as those in our regular congregation. Each Study Sunday will focus on one significant question relating to life and Christianity and a short talk will address this question. A discussion will then take place and the service will feature well-known Christian hymns. If they wish, visitors can discuss the questions after the service when drinks will be served. Newcomers are particularly welcome!
